It’s good time to BBQ in backyard.
1. Skin catfish, cut into about 1 inch cubic pieces. Add salt, cayenne pepper, Chinese five spice powder.
2. Cut bell pepper and onion into 1 inch square pieces
3. Thread fish and vegetables on skewers. set aside for 15 minutes
4. Take another large pieces of fish, skin and debone first, then cut into large pieces. sprinkle salt and pepper
5. Time to grill. Put on grill until they are done.
Ready to serve. Wow. So juicy. Eat with pickles … Careful ! They are hot.
