Sometimes beauty products can be expensive, today I bring you an anti-aging beauty routine that you can make in the comfort of your own home with ingredients you can find in your fridge.

1. Face Cleanser

4. Massage onto skin in a slow circular motion
5. Rinse off with warm water.

Rice is often used in traditional Japanese skincare as it is enriched with vitamin E and helps to gently exfoliate. Use rice milk if you can, it adds a hit of retinol-building Vitamin A and protective calcium into the mix.

2. Exfoliate

Green apple
Honey
Chia seeds

The apple chia honey scrub sounds good enough to eat. Green apples contain flavonoids, AHA and polyphenols that help to brighten, soothe and plump the skin. Chia seeds is loaded with antioxidants and is a super food you should eat anyways.

After rinsing the exfoliator off, its time for the mask!
